Joining the practice in September 2025, James brings a wealth of construction experience and pragmatic approach to communicating and  delivering safety approaches to the industry.

James began his career as a structural joiner, working on a wide range of projects including schools, hotels, hospitals, and residential blocks. Building on the first hand experience he expanded his construction knowledge into site management where he has successfully overseen large scale projects from the planning stage through to completion.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family that includes my wife and three young children, we enjoy nature and are members of the national trust and Chester Zoo. I enjoy road cycling, and I am a member of a club that meet up on a Saturday morning. I also enjoy music and forever frustrate my children as I give them musical facts when listening to my playlist in the car.

A recent graduate form the University of Leeds, Daisy joined the practice in July 2025. Working alongside the Bid and Finance team, she plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.

I enjoy reading and writing journalism (having studied English Literature at university)! I spend a lot of time with my friends outside of work and I have a passion for fashion, often seen in charity shops to find all my outfits!
