Lyndon Workman / Senior Construction Health & Safety Advisor
Lyndon has been involved with every aspect of the roles associated with the Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations going back to its initial conception in 1994 whereby he supported the Planning Supervisor role.
Having years of experience in Design, Construction and Health and Safety makes him the ideal in the role of CDM Principal Designer and has a keen attention to detail and comprehensive support during the pre-construction phase, construction and final client handover. Like all risk management processes, Lyndon communicates effectively to all relevant parties so that they can plan, manage, monitor and coordinate health and safety.
A Certified Member of the Association for Project Safety (CMaPS) which like many other professionals aims to demonstrate a depth and breadth of skills, knowledge and experience in design & construction health and safety risk management. He also sits as a Committee Member for the Merseyside Branch of IOSH and holds many health and safety qualifications that add value to his role.
