Celine Hynes / Building Regulations Principal Designer
Celine is a Chartered Architect with over 20 years’ experience delivering projects across healthcare, education, commercial and residential sectors, with extensive involvement in Building Regulations compliance and design coordination.
Celine has acted as acted as Lead Designer and BRPD on a range of projects, including HRB’s, where she has established robust compliance processes, developed BRPD documentation , and coordinated multidisciplinary teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
Her background in architecture provides a strong technical and design understanding, enabling her to effectively bridge design intent with Building Safety Regulator requirements. She combines strong communication, organisation and leadership skills with a proactive and collaborative approach to delivering compliant, well coordinated projects.
