Helen joined KOK in October 2019 and has brought with her 27 years of experience in the construction industry, with extensive knowledge in valuation surveying, lettings management, facilities management and construction health and safety.

In her role as a Principal Designer, she works closely with clients to ensure that they understand and comply with their duties under the CDM Regulations, alongside producing Pre-Construction Information (PCIs) for new projects. Helen has an excellent understanding of CDM Regulations having more than 15 years’ experience working with Principal Designers and Principal Contractors. Alongside her busy schedule she also undertakes site inspections and safety audits on behalf of the client.

Helen has a key role with the Management of Health and Safety Files from receipt to handover and is robust in the preparation and accuracy of information presented to Clients. She is an excellent communicator and exceeds client expectations on all her projects.

Helen enjoys spending time with her family, keeping fit and walking her dog. She is partial to a good holiday and likes to relax by reading a good book.
