John has a wealth of experience and has been involved in the construction industry for 54 years. During this time, he has worked on building and engineering projects of all sizes from minor works to £580 million in this country and overseas, including PFI, D&B and specialist subcontract work.

Upon joining KOK in 1996, John was responsible for developing our services under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations and continues to be hands on in the growth and divergence of our services.

An astute and driven professional, he has dealt with all aspects of Commercial Management including settlement of contractual claims. He has been responsible for the implementation of over one hundred Quality Management Systems and Provision of CDM and Quality Management Training.

An experienced Framework Manager having successfully overseen, resourced and managed KOK’s teams of Quantity Surveyors and Construction Health & Safety Advisors / Principal Designers on numerous Frameworks.
